New boards coming early 2014?
How close are you to having boards we can purchase? I have been looking over sound board apps for 2 days and a couple weeks of researching physical sound boards before that. Your's looked the best to me AND it seems you have support and updates that are current. I can't wait to make the most of this, but to kick start, some buy-able boards sure would be nice.

Thanks for writing. We started out fully intending to have in-app purchasing of board sets and have everything ready to go, but we've had trouble getting any sound creation engineers interested in partnering with us to sell sounds in the app. So the best we can do at this point is create and supply boards with the app, beyond the default sound board sets we provide after install. We can buy sounds from sites like SoundSnap.com, etc., but we can't resell their sounds via our app or we violate copyright laws. We can use their sounds in the app however, so we do intend to add more boards, as well as continuing to respond to feature requests as often as possible.
One thing you can do is find sounds you like or need for your use case and store them in Dropbox and have AudioBoard create board sets automatically from the Dropbox folders. There are detailed directions on how to do that in our online user manual.
We'd love to hear what you have in mind for AudioBoard, as we have such a wide variety of users, so if you get a chance, please let us know, and post any suggestions. We'll probably subdue the iTunes store copy about in-app purchased board sets for now, until we can get a larger customer base, then try to spur some interest again. I think the sound engineers we contacted were just not convinced that the effort would result in enough sales traffic, plus they had some concerns about distributing via an app (which is odd, because anyone can buy their sounds directly and illegally resell them anyway; we just can't do that).
BTW, our active forum is at https://20buttons.uservoice.com/, we aren't actually using UserEcho, so I'd be interested in knowing where you found the UserEcho link? I didn't think we even had an open account with them. Feel free to write us email at support@20buttons.com as well.
Thanks again for writing!
Sincerely,
Ben
